  I have been to the university branch and the park road I didn't have any problems at either branch they were very nice and helpful

  Worst service ever. Please hire people that know what they are doing. They always say what they can't do that the last person has done. Don't let them tell you anything. Ask to speak to someone at a different location if they can't do what they are supposed to do. Watch how quick they all of the sudden remember how to do it.

  This is the second time I tried to walk in and sign up with them. First they gave me a hard time because I didn’t have any mail in my name, all I had was my lease cause I just moved into the apartment. I went in today and tried to sign up and he told me to sign up online because they have two appointments coming in soon and they would give me a call once they got free. That’s not gonna work though because I have stuff to do. I never heard of a bank doing stuff like this. I’ll just find another bank .
