  Full service bank, have a greeter when you arrive to check you in and get you started. System works ok, but it still takes a while to get in and out. Not very busy so good location from that perspective.

  My daughter gave me a check which I deposited in my local credit union COMTRUST. The check was returned and I was charged a $10 fee. My daughter assures me there were ample funds and the bank could offer her no explanation why the check was returned. This incompetent bank screws up and I have to pay. She has had more problems with this bank and is now in the process of changing banks. Good riddance to Bank of America. They could have at least offered to reimburse the $10 fee

  Hi, called multiple times to this location, no one is answering the phone!!!! Only 2 stars because when I have been in person the staff are friendly.
