  Had an appointment for 9:30 am with a financial advisor. Booked appointment 2 weeks prior and was there at 9:30 to be informed that the financial advisor was on vacation and no one else could help me with my need. Manager offered to contact the 2 closer branches to see if they had an available financial advisor to meet with us. Manager came back and said I have emailed the branches and I am waiting on someone to email me back. As a manager myself I cannot understand why she didn't pick up the phone and call the branches instead of emailing and hoping for an answer. We were left sitting and waiting so we just left. Not a way to do business.
