  This is false >>>Town Center, Financial Center with Drive-Thru ATM & Teller Services. <<< do not go there to use their "drive thru teller services" blinds always closed, no one ever at the window. Only ATM. This is misleading by BOA. The other locations clearly state "Drive Thru ATM services" only. Drove out of my way to come to this location for this very service, only to be let down. I thought it was a labor shortage issue the day I went. Tried again several other days. There is no Drive Thru Teller services. At least fix the Google Business profile so it doesn't mislead people. Very frustrating. And yes, there is a reason I needed to not get out and come in. There are many people who can't, especailly if sick. Update after reply from BoA. I checked the link before I took to driving there. There was nothing there showing this feature was closed, or only open certain days and times.

  My mom had her bank card number stolen. She called the bank and was told she would get a new account number and bank card in 4 days. She did not get it as a matter of fact the bank did nothing. Then she called again and explained that she needed a new account number and bank card so they said we will overnight it to you. She got the card but it was the same account number of the one that got stolen. She came to this location and was told it would be here by today. Well guess what no card! This bank doesn’t care one bit about its clients. How would they feel it their card number was stolen and got a total run around from the bank. The whole experience has been a nightmare! Don’t bank with them they don’t know what they are doing!
