  I did not want to visit this place because of the comments I have reviewed, despite that I visited the bank today and my experience was very good with the agent Gabriel, he helped me and clarified all the doubts about opening my account. Thank you for your attention, I would definitely see you again on my next visit

  Bad customer services, big lines, one drive thru window only open, they can’t even hire more workers so they can open up more drive thru windows and develop less lines, Wells Fargo has more drive thru windows open then bank of america- it’s like they are trying to save money for themselves.Not happy with Bank of America. Don't go to this bank go to a different bank. Also been trying to get a hold of Bank of America since 11am and no response. Very not happy.
