  This branch is temporarily closed. The ATM hardly ever works. This bank does not care about the community it’s in. So this is what we have. Very sad.

  This bank is closed most of the time the ATM doesn't work. Horrible customer service. Both banks in my area are now closed. Useless bank !!

  Branch has been closed since COVID started, which was understandable at first. But now that restrictions have been lifted they should at least have short hours or drive-thru only. The ATM is empty at least 75% of the time I go to try to get money out. On top of that, BoA recently start charging fees for not using their ATMs. Either service the machine more often or stop charging to use other ones. EDIT: Reply below is a canned answer, I suspect not from a real person. I've talked to customer service and they said they can't talk about the ATM schedule in any capacity for security reasons. So it won't be fixed.
