      Braulio Martinez made our experience here so welcoming and awesome! I could not say anything better about him. He did not rush, he took his time. Spoke kindly and informative. Even though I was helping my father in law make an account (he speaks very little English) he made sure he was speaking to the both of us and helped us through every step, thank you Braulio!

      I've always loved Bank of America but here lately I've been having problems logging in and then I locked my account and it took me almost a week just to get back into it customer service was not helpful at all I end up calling four different times finally on the fourth time I can't remember her name but she was very helpful nice and patient with me as well as understanding I love Bank of America despite it all and I will definitely refer anybody to bank there
