      We deposited cash. The machine made a 200 dollar mistake. The machine gave us a number to call. I hope it is corrected in the morning as it says it should be.

      I know seems for a bank to able to help customers question when it comes to money, but for the women working on 7/8 around 10:30 and I assume her coworker at the desk, when some one has a question maybe don’t laugh. Actually remove your eyes for the computer to look at them, and maybe offer a solution, so the people wanting to use your business to the fullest will not feel like the only helpful thing is the atm.

      Try to call this location (and maybe ALL BOA locations) and speak to a Human? Forget it. They just hang up on you! And if you just hit Zero ONCE they HANG UP ON YOU ! Obviously theyre telling us, they DONT NEED or WANT our business !
