      After reading so many bad comments, I was hesitant about going to this bank. I needed to conduct some very important business while we were on vacation and decided to give them a try. They were A+ on my transaction. Everyone was friendly, all masks were being worn, and when I had a problem with an address change, the manager stepped in and spent 30 minutes finding a solution. This bank is squared away.

      If you have to do anything in person at this branch, just make it easy on yourself find another bank to do business with. WF, Chase, one of the local credit unions, whoever. You'll save yourself a lot of aggravation. All of BofA will tell you is to use their ATM or mobile app. Its just not worth it.

      Terrible service not sure why I bank here! They could care less, one girl checks you in and tells you to have a seat after waiting another comes out and tells you they don’t have any appointments available! Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing…..
