      This Bank of America location is staffed by very kind, knowledgeable, and gracious employees who do their best to take care of a customer base that is oftentimes impatient, rude, and ill informed. Any staffing shortage issues there are a direct result of BoA's corporate greed, and not the fault of the employees who are trying to do their best on a daily basis. All of my interactions at this branch have been polite and professional, and while I may have caught up on some emails while waiting in line, I've certainly waited in longer lines at banks before. I will continue to happily do business at this branch!

      Bad Service , Loved coming here but now its a dread. Atms never work, never enough tellers, Funky attitudes and terrible staff. Bank of America please do something about this branch. Will be contacting regional Manager.

      Went in today around 2:00. Woman name Karen was very nasty and was obviously not interested in customer care or needs. I do not recommend this branch to anyone.
