      I'm confused by these poor reviews... With BoA closed on Big Bend, I mentally prepared myself coming here, with all the bad reviews... It ended up being the most streamlined, fast and friendly service I've ever had at a bank. Maybe it was timing, idk.

      They never have enough tellers. I think their business model is taken from Walmart.

      Went to bank for assistance regarding safety deposit box, waited early for branch to open, went in and was told I could not be helped due to lack of personnel to assist customers-Really, WOW, that's what you call customer service. When you try to call, no one answers phone, tried for days
