  This bank has no knowledge on business account and is not willing to do any research or even accept the research that I provided directly from their website. Dereik Simpson the Assistant Vice President even stated he was not willing to even look at the information I obtained from his website. They are rude and do not want to help. They have now lost a long time standing customer from over 30 years from me and will not receive my business account. I would not recommend spending anytime at this location!

  It's a Saturday morning and they have one teller...There's 4 employees standing in the back just talking...Not helping customers...They're LITERALLY just talking while there's 9 of us waiting in line...So unpleasant unprofessional and honestly disrespectful...Always a poor experience at this location
