  The Bowman branch is a pathetic excuse for a bank. I unfortunately have to bank with Bank of America at work, and every time I have tried to use this branch there has been issues. Today, I walked in with a simple check deposit. There was only one employee girl in the lobby (nobody at the teller stations) and she attempted to help me on her iPad. She poked around on it for 10 minutes or so and ended up turning me away because she said my account number was actually a credit card number. The number wasn't even 16 digits, it was 12 digits. Meanwhile a male employee walks over and takes the iPad to try it for himself. After a few more minutes, he gave me the same story. I didn't argue, I just asked where the next closest branch was and he directed me to Rodney Parham. When I arrived at the Rodney Parham branch, the teller took the deposit with no problems. Unfortunately, the Bowman branch seems to be employed by people who have bad attitudes about working. When the employee girl passed her iPad to the male employee, she moved on to another customer who had walked in after me. It was a small elderly woman with hearing problems. The employee girl was talking to the elderly woman, but the woman couldn't hear what was being said to her. Instead of showing patience and respect for elders, the girl employee was getting frustrated and being rude and visibly impatient with her. I had to leave quickly before I said something I would regret. Hopefully the elderly woman got what she needed.

  Great bank been with them for years. The drive thru ATM is very convenient and since it is open 24hrs you can do all your banking business whenever.
