      Soulless institution that only cares about making profit at your expense. They will nickel and dime you with fees on everything. Customer service is nonexistent, and their reviews speak for themselves as they average a pathetic 1.6 to 2 stars across multiple cities. They don't care how long you have been a customer as their rigid corporate policies make sure that the banks interests are far above yours. Do yourself a favor and go with a credit union or locally owned bank and stay far away from this place if you care about your money.

      This is the worst BOA location ever. Long lines only one teller and rest of the staff chit chatting in the back and advisors don’t know what they doing. Oh drive through is like McDonald’s coffee machine.
