  One word, “Abby”. I had just signed all the closing documents to close on my house, and my mortgage processor gets a call that there’s been a hold on distributing the funds. No funds = No house. Long story short, they missed something with my taxes and I had to make an ASAP payment and get to the bank to have them print out a transaction statement and stamp it. The bank had been closed a couple of minutes when I arrived, I begged security to let me talk to someone, and an ANGEL named ABBY went above and beyond and got me taken care of!! Thank goodness for people like her who go the extra mile and don’t even know how important that impact made on my life!!

  I was on my lunch break and I just wanted to do a Wire Transfer. I’ve been told just for 30min and been waiting for an hour. I am late to work and still have nothing done!

  They closed the drive thru a couple years ago. Always several people waiting in line to see a teller, but they only have 2 tellers working the counter. The other employees are too busy trying to sell the people waiting in line other products & services.
