      I was at the branch early after they opened and I was treated with courtesy and attention to my concern. I highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a banker to go here.

      The banker messed up the account number and it showing negative on my account since then. They said it is system error but cannot fixed it after a month. I have to been there five times, don’t know what’s going on. What if the bank give you extra money, they will fix it within 24 hours. But the bank takes your money, and how long takes for fixing that? More than a month. Unbelievable.

      employees at this bank did not know how to complete a digital ID verification so we could open a checking account for my son. Had to wait 20min to meet with clerk and start the process over, scrapping application that took 30min to fill out online. Complete waste of time.
