      Erratic services. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians (tellers). They never answer the phone and drive thru window is erratically open. Tellers are courteous and helpful when one gets through, but they are stretched so thin that the overall experience is terrible. This clearly a management problem.

      Horrible service. Worst staff (all) I've ever seen in a BoA Branch. Wrong about "Standard Procedures" and the other employees laugh about it. If you want hate your bank - this is the branch for you...
