      I deposited a check that they put on hold because they wanted to wait till the check cleared. They never made the funds available to me and did not cash the check because the hold was for 8 days. The check turned out to be a bad check after that they withdrew the money our my account as if they ever gave it to me. Apparently somebody doesn't kno how to do their job and needs to go back through training. They better fix my account ASAP

      Worst service ever by Vivica DeVaughn. She lies upfront and don’t do her job. She said she will give call back, waited for 2 days but bo callback. It was regarding fraud claim. When reached branch and discussed, she claims I am not only client for her which is understandable. But she lies again and said she did her work but infect she never called fraud department claiming they are too busy. Busy for 2 days? Unbelievable.
