      Excellent this bank, I always come here and solve what in others I could not solve. Congratulations especially to the banker who speaks Spanish, I am not sure of his name but I think it is Alejandro or Alexander, excellent person and very professional

      This branch needs a new crew! They are horribly disrespectful to customers, and they need new training on what actually customer service is. Talking back to the customer is not how to keep their business. Get it together BOA!

      I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience with them yesterday. My sweet 18 year old teenage daughter walked in walked in to their lobby at 3:58 PM. She needed a simple notary signature on one is a signature on one page. Sadly she was informed that they closed in one minute and that they were unwilling to help her. What is even more sad is that she was looking to open an account with them as well when when they had more time to help her. That will not be the case anymore. I have never seen a bank turn away business. Especially on a transaction so small. Definitely not winning with your customer service.
