  Teller (branch manager) made an error on the amount of my cashiers check (It happens) unfortunately I didn't realize until I had gotten back to work. I went back to have it fixed and asked if the $15 fee could be refunded for my inconvenience. I was told in a very NASTY way "Yes, but I don't have too do it! "I didn't say you did, I'm just simply asking. Thank you." Received my cashiers check and closed my account. Seemed everytime I'd go in there I was met with an attitude. I'll take my business somewhere else.

  I had two transactions at the drive through for a deposit and withdrawal and wasn’t given back my license or debit card and didn’t realize until after business hours. When I went back later the next day to see if it was still there the teller didn’t even bother to look for it. Now I have to wait on a debit card in the mail and had to spend money on a new license.
