Everytime I come to use this bank they are always closed time to pull my money out and go to a bank that is open until 5

Mr. Condit, so very sorry about your experience. That branch has Drive-up Windows open until 5:30pm Monday through Thursday, and the lobby is open on Fridays until 5:00pm with the Drive-up Windows open until 6:00pm. Hopefully, that will help. Have a wonderful weekend!
