I’ve been with this bank from when it use to be Susquehanna to mvb and now summit bank. The first transition was smooth and I had zero issues but ever since summit took over it’s been issue after issue. It takes days for things to post to your account. When the switch happened the customer was responsible for all the details of updating everyone about the new bank as if you were starting fresh even though the account numbers never changed just the bank name which caused issues. There are other issues that have occurred. I wouldn’t recommend using this bank at all unless of course you like periodic headaches. The only thing nice I have to say is the staff are friendly, but it doesn’t change how the bank functions in the end.
