      Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced today, I've been a member of this bank for 7 years and never had a issue like I've experienced today, I will 100% closing my account and not using this bank again, their mistakes are not my fault nor responsibility to pay for nor will I, expected to hear from a manager and was transferred hung up on multiple times
