  Kindness and willing to help is something I dont take lightly and I dont see all the time. So when people go out of their way to help I appreciate it. Shout out to Angelina at Edison branch who went all out to help me and my husband today, I appreciate your kindness and willingness to help and for going out of your way to call our other branch for us. We appreciate you and all your help.

  Have been with this bank for 7 years and had nothing but issues. Tried to get PoA notarized for my nanny to care for my children and was told no, because she was not ALSO a member at the bank. Last straw. Ashley, thank you for your not help, Well's Fargo down the road was able to do what you could not.

  I've been dealing with some pretty massive identity theft/fraud recently but my branch has been absolutely amazing. I've been receiving constant updates and supporting documents to give to the police working on my case. Times are already hard and stressful enough so a huge thank you to DeLeon Dupree, Bank Operations Manager, and everyone else at Bank of Colorado for making sure my hard-earned money is protected and for helping to ease a bit of the stress!
