      I have a 5 and 10 bill that is slightly ripped and need to be exchanged for new ones. Apparently you have to be a customer to swap out federal money. They would rather run the risk instead of swapping for new bills. also they charge 50 bucks to cancel an acct of yours with your own money. Don't ever bank here!!
