      A few years ago I called customer service to make payments on my auto loan account and I was always given a hard time. They apparently could not take my payment over the phone because I did not have a checking account with SunTrust. I was told that the only option to make payments was through an outside checking account. In the 21st century, with all of our digital technology they were not able to do bank transfers or credit card payments...ridiculous!
