Bank of Edwardsville has incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I appreciate that they have better hours than larger banks, the staff seems to actually care, and they have several branches in the area which makes it incredibly convenient. A bank is a sort of interchangeable commodity in so many ways but in the ways that they can stand out, BOE really does.

Since switching to Busey, there have been long wait lines to speak with a banker, flakey online banking app, and inaccurate account balances. Depository rates are not competitive with other local institutions. I moved my accounts away from this disaster of a bank.
