Ever since the first day I got my loan it was a mess. I’ve come here one other time for a loan with no problem. The new girl Dianne needs more training. When I initially signed up it took about an hour and half to two hours. Then she called me saying that I needed to come sign papers that she said she forgot. I waited there another 20 minutes while she flipped through all the paper work we had just did the past week. Come to find out, I didn’t need to sign anything else. I have a new born, work full time and am also a full time student. I don’t have time for things to be messed up and missing. Also when my second payment was due on October 8th, I called the store 5 times between the times of 11a-130p... there was no answer. Dianne calls me the next day saying that I have a late payment. I tell here the times that I called the day before and her response was “well I was here all day yesterday and we have 4 phones”... okay if you have all of that... why was there no answer? I don’t have to lie about calling and making payments.... she then says that late payments hurt their store... it’s not my fault if they don’t pick up the phone... they can check the history of my last loan there and see that I always pay Off early... All in all they need to find someone else to talk to their customers. Someone who knows what they are doing and someone who knows how to talk to people. Because the one that they have there now is not it.
