  Edward Stokes made the impossible, possible. I never thought owning a home was in the cards with my situation as it was. Edward came through with a solution and when life threw me yet another curve ball a mere ONE DAY before my closing, he was able to pivot to another investor and still secured the same fantastic rate without any concessions -- even getting me a better position on the closing costs.
