      Pleasant people at the drive thru. They're usually pretty quick with transactions. Drive up ATM and deposit box as well.

      New employees are not very friendly or at the very least polite.I thought perhaps she was having a bad day first time I dealt with her but I was wrong. Every time I've had this specific person she's doesn't say a word before or after the transaction. I've had accounts for over 2 decades with this bank and up until now everyone has been really personable. If she's not a people person or doesn't like working with the public then a bank job is not for her. Really brings down the quality service that the Cairo branch is known for.
