      Bad customer service from representative Angela, my mom and brother who do not speak much English went to file a claim and Angela was not happy to help at all didn't feel included as she was attending with much better manners to English speakers in front of the line so much discrimination from her seen it happen other times. She shouldn't be working at the branch if she's not willing to help everyone the same.
