      Great experience. At first, I was hesitant receiving unsolicited mail. Did some research on the company, and saw they have a loan officer on island. Bobby was upfront and open with rate and costs associated with loan. Both Bobby and loan processor were fast and responsive. Very satisfied!

      Seems hard to believe that we would do a refi on our house in NH with someone based in Hawaii but it worked exceptionally well. Bobby, Danielle, and the team at E Mortgage Capital took time to explain everything clearly which was a refreshing change from other companies with which we have refinanced in the past. There were no surprises and the process was super quick, fair, and painless. Highly recommend.
