      ATM in Edwardsville in front of Home Depot cheated me out of $15. Received cash in 20s and when I counted the money one of the 20s was a 5. I’m giving them a 1 star, because they blew me by saying there was nothing they could do and I would need to contact my bank to file a dispute with their bank. So bottom line they have a thief working there and don’t care.
