      After my loan experience with Hans Yoo, SBA loan preferred lender as he claims, I protest that his employer, this bank, does not deserve its name. Heard horror stories about the bank around PPP time but I gave it a try because I was hopeful Hans Yoo presented with rosy scenarios during initial phone inquiry and had me turn in all the confidential info that other banks do not even ask for in the initial stage of loan. For the extended time he took to review my paperwork, he excused to call or get back to me the "following day." Finally he calls with a decision and tells me my case for SBA is hopeless at this time. No details or the reason provided- He said my numbers were "weird." Some careless and too proud of the lending agent he is and worthless Bank of Hope that it serves in this community. Bank of Hopeless, I declare!
