      Let me start off by saying that the staff during the weekdays are very kind, professional and attentive 100%. This is not the case on Saturdays. I am in this location 3 days a week to make business deposits for our sports bar. I find it hard to believe that just because i did not have my account number i could not get change for $300. i attempted to give the lady our LLC etc and she shrugged me off saying i can only get change with an account number. How is it possible that with our business information we cannot be found in the Chase system ?

      Terrible special service from the lady who attended me today around 9:30, she reluctantly helped me, I changed everything in my app and went to another branch and in less than 3 minutes they helped me. If I could not a pony star.
