The people at THIS location are VERY rude and need retraining on customer service!!! I have cashed checks at every Bank of Lexington location in Lexington Ky for over the past 10 years. I have to say my absolute favorite location is the one in Hamburg (The employees at this location are phenomenal!), however the people at the one just off of Tates Creek are very nice as well. But at this location they are just completely dry, they take forever, and show zero appreciation for your using their location. I have considered many times opening an account with Bank of Lexington, and then I visit this branch and am reminded as to why I will never have an account with Bank of Lexington. And honestly, I think I am going to start driving all the way to Hamburg rather than having to deal with the unprofessionalism of this location. Everyone that I have spoken with at this location has just been extremely rude, short, or just no personality . So again in my opinion I think retraining would be the absolute best thing for the lack of customer service this location shows!!!

I would not recommend getting a mortgage from Bank of Lexington. We have been dealing with Matt Mauldin, and we are getting surprised with issues in underwriting the day before our closing date. His procrastination and negligence have made our home buying process very stressful. They don’t even provide the mortgage directly, they shop it out to larger banks. You are much better off getting a mortgage through someone else.
