      This bank is terrible!! My sons drove 4 hours to check on their accounts and was told the bank manager was gone for the day and the teller couldn’t do anything. Since when does the bank manager have to be on site for a teller to look at a savings account! This is more than poor service

      I remember first going to the Bank of Montgomery when I was a child and they would greet us warmly and address my mother by name. We did not have a lot growing up, but they always made her feel like their most valuable customer. As an adult, I bank there for the very same reason.
