  I love this bank. Been with this bank for over 20 years. When it was known as laconia savings bank. Excellent service and people. I go to the dover branch to do my business. When there is an issue they are right on it. Their service is the best. The other banks cant compare to this bank. I plan on being with them for another 20 years. Great job to you all.

  They have an immense lack of communication. They will give you as little information as possible to the point of near deception regarding their fees. It is extremely hard to get a straight answer from anyone in the mortgage department, they will pass you back-and-forth between associates so not one knows what’s going on. Very poor service. I would recommend that you steer clear of doing business with them.

  35 dollar overdraft fees for every little issue. Horrible service. ATM fees for non BNH ATMs (they only have a handful, so that's every ATM. I'll be cancelling my account soon, thank god.
