      Does not exist any longer. Was bought by another bank by the name of pinnacle. This new bank is NOT local, and is based out of Nashville Tennessee. The new banks customer service is somewhat lacking and seems like they couldn't really care less about their newly acquired customers. To clarify the corporate customer service to be specific. The tellers are still mostly old BNC employees, but certain services that used to be handled locally is now out of state. Don't be surprised if you see pinnacle branches under a different name in 1-2 years as they seem to be acquiring property solely on the basis to sell to a larger bank. (Yes that is just speculation but it is common practice for small to medium banks these days, growth to sale)
