      I have been banking here since I opened my very first checking account back when I was 17. Every experience has been great, including situations where I over drafted my account and when my card was compromised. Now I run by deposits every week or so for my work, and I love seeing the tellers through the drive through. They are extremely courteous people.

      Don't open a checking account with the Bank of Oklahoma or any of its affiliates. Customer service is appalling. They will always place the longest legal hold on your check deposits, so don't expect to pay your bills on time. Even if you have deposited several good checks, I try to give everyone a second chance. I've been an Oklahoma police officer for nine years, so I despise having to be critical of a company, but after giving them multiple chances, I'm done. I'm going to close my account. If you are a small-town first responder and your municipality does not provide direct deposit, I recommend that you use a different bank with First United being one of if not the best for mobile deposits. Please don't make the mistake I did when I opened a checking account with this institution. They are sub-par at best. I would go as far as to say you would be better off opening a Chime account instead.
