      Actually a zero star! The absolute sorriest branch of any bank! BOA has already gone down hill tremendously of late. This branch takes it to an entirely new low. Poor branch leadership which shows in i professionalism and rudeness. Unfortunately there are few bank choices. Best bet is credit union now for national access or maybe Wells Fargo. Chase is great for regional.
