      I am very unhappy with BOK Mortgage. I have paid monthly payments faithfully for the life of my mortgage "early" each month. Recently I was advised no payment was received for April. I had a copy of the cancelled check with proof. Some call center in Dallas (Home Retention Center) contacted me at my home number describing the mortgage status as late and subject to foreclosure. I received no mail notification to this effect. I was advised a late payment was due. I paid this by priority mail to the Tulsa office and requested pay-off amount and will refinance at Arvest Bank. Don't think this is good service from customer based mortgage unit of BOK. This could be a result of mainly paying on Principal now as most of upfront interest has been paid. Very unhappy and will not recommend BOK to anyone. Dr. Douglas O. Brady
