  I am a summer HR intern at the Main Street location and it has been amazing. Everyone here is very helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Coming into work everyday is fun, my colleagues know when it is appropriate to joke around and have fun, but also understand when it is time to be professional. It is an amazing atmosphere to work in. The admin team is incredible. They take very good care of all of their employees and support them in anyway possible. Highly recommend working at the Bank of Sun Prairie, they are a family.

  If I was able to leave no stars I would. This bank has zero care about customer retention or customer loyalty. We have a business account, personal accounts, business accounts etc all with this bank and will be moving all of them away from here. We established all of these accounts and they have all been in great standing. Business has 5X in numbers and we are continuing to grow, yet when whenever we try to leverage the relationship and or utilize the bank to expand or really do anything besides pay them they always say there is nothing they can do. We were looking to just complete a very simple refi on one of the rentals (not even get cash out) if it wasn't one thing it was another. There is about 120k of equity in the deal so the numbers are great. My recommendation is if you are looking for a bank to build a relationship with or get actual benefit from go up the road to Starion, Summit, or even UWCU. I would not waste your time with bank of sun prairie. Their app is also extremely buggy, out of date and limited in functionality. Their processes are out of date and inefficient. Stay away from bank of sun prairie.
