  I'm ALWAYS treated like I'm a "VIP" at my bank! Everyone is so very friendly & very willing/happy to help me. I'm so-o-o-o very happy that I chose Bank of Texas when I moved into the Dallas area.

  Everyone here is friendly, that's not a problem. I use the ATM about once a week and it's broke way to often. Same thing happened today, I had to back track to the Allen branch to make a deposit. A week ago, it was broke and it took me about 10 minutes of pushing buttons before it would give me my card back. B of A has 4 ATM'S, no big deal if one isn't working. I don't see me staying here much longer.

  It makes sense that when I send a wire transfer from my bank that I would be charged something but when I receive one and I am charged $15 that makes no sense. Absolutely disappointed in Bank of Texas Mckinney for charging me for an incoming wire transfer. The bank contacted me and asked if they could resolve the issue. They gave me a phone number to call, after calling they transferred me but I only heard elevator music for ten minutes. They take your money, they don’t pay you any interest, they use the money to earn interest, and charge us for it????? “-:;,’n
