Terrible experience trying to set up a checking account, I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone and 2 hours online trying to open an account. I was told I needed to stop by the bank to verify my identity but an appointment was not required. I drove all the way to the bank after pulling out cash to deposit for the initial deposit into the account and was told they could not help me. I needed to schedule an appointment which they did not have any available until next week. It is not that difficult to set up a checking account and do not appreciate wasting 5 hours of my time on this bank.

This branch NEVER has what I need. It seems they are more versed on which other branches can actually offer service than they or own their own services. No debit card printing, and 2 x their printer is out for cashier checks . Waste of time every time!
