  This is a very nice bank. The people there are super friendly and helpful. There is a small town environment, but still allows for business. They are patient and helpful to stupid people who have no idea what they are doing(speaking from experience). I definitely recommend coming here if you want a good experience and staff for years to come.

  Update: Had a great conversation with the branch manager. The issue was not with the bank as a whole, rather just with one employee. They are taking steps to win back our trust and keep our business. I greatly value how seriously they are taking our concerns. I’ve had the absolute worst costumer service at this bank. Denise from the St Mary’s branch is very rude and unprofessional. I’ve never been treated so poorly on multiple occasions by someone than I have with Denise at the St Mary’s branch. If you must bank with this bank, I urge you to avoid the St Mary’s branch. Go to the location in Manhattan. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. However, Denise has ruined my views on the bank as a whole.

  I'm giving this bank a 3 star review not solely based on the employees that work there which are really nice but because of the annoying customers that drive up to the window and take 10 to 20 minutes just to make a withdrawal or deposit money into their account or whatever it may be and I was waiting for at least 10 minutes because some old folks took forever to figure out what they were doing and not minding the people waiting behind them! Also I'd like to add that the ATM'S really should start dispensing $1 Bill's and not only in withdrawals of $10 $20 and so forth it is really frustrating to drive up to the window and end up waiting minutes on end just to take out a few dollars. As a long time member I've never had that kind of experience waiting so long.

  Hi Proto-Tyrant, thank you for your review! I'm sorry you experienced a longer than normal wait recently. We have had an increase in our drive-thru traffic because our lobbies are currently closed. We will continue to work toward faster transaction times. Thank you also for the feedback on the ATM's. Unfortunately, the ATM monetary dispense software is limited by the manufacturer to the larger denominations you receive.
