      I haven't banked here in 20+ years but my husband still has 2 accounts there. For the past few months (I don't know 4-6 months give or take) everytime we've gone to the ATM there's been a Turkey there (YES! A Turkey without fail he'd be there!!) He was always there by himself. Me being me I'd always find something in my car to feed him (bread, chips, etc). Sometimes I'd go just to check on Mr. Turkey & give him a snack. I was so upset/sad/ heartbroken When I went late Monday night/early Tuesday morning & Mr. Turkey wasn't there :( Does anyone know what happened to him?

      I was trying to void a cashier's check that got lost in the mail. It takes 90 days for it to come back to the account. I just needed to void it so that I could send another one out. I was the last person in there and the cashier that was dealing with me was perfectly fine. Just as I was finishing up the paperwork. Admittedly it was past closing time, another older cashier came up and started going on about how I need to contact the mail about losing the cashier's check and how I'm not getting back the money immediately. I stopped with the paperwork after explaining I sent mailed to this person before and it had arrived in a timely fashion and it had been two weeks so far. I felt like I was being run out of the bank because it was past closing. If you don't want people in there past 4:00 p.m. put a notice on the door you're closing the doors at 3:45 p.m. Don't run your customers out or make them feel that way. Edit: This is the first time I've had issues with this bank in years.

      Really, REALLY, wish "THEY" operated on, Saturdays!#!! It'd make my life a little easier due to my work hours. Often... the weekends are the Only Time I've gots 'Extra' time to get stuff accomplished. All in all though... Its a great bank & staff is always nice & helpful.
