      I'm a senior citizen and a veteran. I've been a customer and a friend for a long time and they have always been a great help to me. Especially during the difficult time of this year. Love these guys ❤️

      Their online hours stated they were open until 12pm on Saturdays - I showed up at 11:43am today and both doors were locked, and no one was operating the drive- through banking. Had to race to a nearby branch who was thankfully correctly open as their hours stated. Very disappointed a wasted trip going to this branch.

      I have done business at this location since 2004. For years it was my favorite Bank of the West. Everyone in it was personable and friendly. I have 2 checking accounts (business and personal), a savings account, an overdraft, and a loan through bank of the west. But the past three times I have been there (or tried to go there), the staff was rude. Everyone in the place is new. They cut their hours because of COVID, without covering the old hours on the door, so you think the place is open, when it's not. The sheet of paper with the new hours says it's for the drive thru, and when asked about it, I was told by someone with a heavy accent that basically I needed to learn to read. I am now bank shopping, and will not be returning to this Bank of the West, if I can avoid it at all cost.
