      How can a bank be closed this often? I own a business in town and have been with Bank of the West for a long time, but not much longer. They were once known for their wonderful customer service and it is sad to say that is no longer the case.

      This branch in Oroville has gotten so bad that the hours are 10AM to 4PM. Monday thru Friday. 30 hrs a week. No weekends, no drive thru and half the time the ATM is out of service. We've banked here for years and now are forced to sek a different banking institution.
