      I recently moved my business accounts over to Bank of the West and have been nothing but happy since the changeover. Everyone there is super friendly and willing to help when needed; Kim has also personally reached out to me to help when I needed it. Their any deposit checking account has lowered my overhead AND they invest their money responsibly which aligns with my personal morals/ethics. Very happy with my service.

      This bank is trash. They will rip you off and then refuse to answer any questions by simply not answering the phone. Spent 3 full hours on hold on three different calls tfying to find out why my payment didn't post. Eventually, they reported my payment as late, despite the fact that I paid 4x the amount due and called several times to find out why. The callow teller just stood there with a dumb look on her face and handed me instructions on how to file a dispute that will be met with same lack of business professionalism I encountered at every instance with this garbage, 5th rate bank.
